Photograph article dated January 25, 1957 partially reads, "Hilltoppers of the Assistance League of Southern California will unveil a 'first' for the San Fernando Valley when they reveal the name of the woman chosen as the most outstanding Valley leader in the fields of culture, civic and philanthropic endeavors. Sixteen women's names are now in the hands of the judging committee, together with qualifications, historic data and accomplishments."
