Description
The Sutter Lawn Tennis Club, based at 3951 N Street, East Sacramento, was established in 1919. As the membership numbers grew, and the demand for courts increased, the exclusive club began to sell its shares at ten dollars each to finance expansion of its facilities, circa 1920's.
