Photograph of an aerial view of Fox Studios, at Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue, ca.1918. The studios are in the lower right corner of the picture and are composed of several large buildings, with a handful of smaller ones as well. To the left and above the studios, several large, neatly planted citrus groves are visible. The land to the right of the studios appears to be residential, with an even mix of small houses and empty lots covering the blocks. Above the studios, the land is more developed and there are many closely spaced buildings, most of them houses as well.
