Photograph of Mrs. A. S. C. Forbes using a hose to blow air on a recently cast bell, ca.1930. Mrs. Forbes can be seen at center and is holding a rubber hose in her hands. A cloud of air can be seen coming out of a metal nozzle on the end of the hose. She is wearing a light-colored smock or apron over a dark dress. A metal bell can be seen on the ground at center, resting in a wooden frame. Stacks of boxes can be seen behind Mrs. Forbes. A worker in overalls is visible near stacks of barrels in the background at right.
