Photograph shows two men who have climbed to the top of a utility pole trying to rescue another man who is dangling from a rope. The victim was quite possibly electrocuted, as he appears to be lifeless. A crowd of spectators that appear to be standing on the sandy beach can be seen looking up at the rescue scene. Photograph dated January 3, 1982.
