The Rova in the palace of the Queen, in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Rova or Rovan'ny Manjakamiadana is the name of the official palace of kings and queens of Madagascar. This palace was built by Jean Laborde between 1839 and 1840. Photography published in the Journal des Missions, May 1957.
