Kazuichi Sakamoto, executive vice president of Ritsumeikan University and president designate of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and Akihiro Takamoto, director of planning and coordination of the office of planning for Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, write Dr. Richard R. Ellsworth, associate professor of management at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center, thanking him for his help and hospitality during their stay in Claremont. They share that they appreciated the opportunity to learn about the programs and policies of the Drucker Center, and that they enclose a copy of their letter to Dr. Drucker dated 13 February 1998. In the letter to Drucker, Sakamoto and Takamoto write that Drucker's words concerning the importance of young people learning together across borders is most encouraging for them, and they feel grateful for Drucker's message to Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. They go on to thank Drucker for introducing them to Dr. Ellsworth and add that their board of directors share in their gratitude to Drucker.
