Description
This is a letter written by Peter F. Drucker for Mel Hurni. Drucker addresses some weaknesses in the General Electric Company that he believes can be solved or improved by O.R. & S. (operations research and synthesis). He also outlines the three steps that can lead to decentralization, as understood by Harold Smiddy, strengthening the company overall. This letter contains handwritten corrections.
