Description: Physician's report in the record of execution at Folsom Prison of John Craig in the Folsom Prison Death Book. The report notes the pulse rate of the prisoner for the 12 minutes after the drop and notes in the autopsy that, in addition to the cervical spine dislocations, the prison's heart also showed a puncture from an attempted suicide by the inmate the day before the execution.
