Drucker tells James Worthy he is impressed with the prospectus for the Alpha Center for Public/Private Initiatives, Inc., but declines to take part in any capacity of it, because he is very busy. On a different matter, Drucker claims that Control Data and other second tier computer companies in the United States have to rethink their basic business assumptions and strategies because Japan has decided to adopt IBM as the standard, making IBM the standard.
