Description
Virginia Rappe was an obscure 25-year-old starlet from the Silent Screen era. In 1921, a scandal occurred when she died at a drunken party at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco on Labor Day weekend. Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle was accused of her murder. He was later acquitted.
