Photograph caption dated July 17, 1965 reads, "This wheelbarrow--and surrounding equipment--has been idle on the site of the new Lincoln Bank building, at the corner of Woodman Avenue and Riverside Drive in Sherman Oaks for some weeks now because of the heavy equipment operators' strike. The wheelbarrow and the strikers should be back to work next week."
