Description
Photograph caption dated September 21, 1955 reads "As concrete crew pours in a heavy mixture of material for the extension of Glenoaks boulevard from Osborne street near Hansen Dam, ribbon of asphalt in background shows route of new highway through a section of Jessup Park that will lead motorists into San Fernando and other Valley areas. New road is slated for completion within two weeks." Jessup Park is in Pacoma.
