Description
Vacant land 325 varas from North to South, 225 varas from East to West. The boundaries are: on the north by the lands of Francisco Ruis, on the east by the river, on the south by Macimo Valensuela, on the west by Francisco Lopes. The Committee on Vacant Lands reported that Valensuela claimed he had been given a deed to the parcel by Ygnacio Machado, but the Committee denied his claim to the parcel and awarded it to Martines.
