Description
The Keefer building. On the ground floor of the Keefer Building was Barnes' General Store and later John Baxter's Billiard Parlor. On the second floor was Barnes Hall where the first city government met, the first school was conducted and the first church services were held. One of 5 commercial buildings built in 1887 still standing in 2017.
