Wayne Lewallen -- 4 years.
Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Bob Davis. Date: 1960-08-15. Assignment: Shooting in Costa Mesa. Special instructions: 4 x 4 royal pan. 2 shots: Chief Art McKenzie, with rifle used by John Myers, 23, after shooting up apratment [sic], then himself in head, non-fatal... Mrs. James Lewallen, holds son, Wayne, 4, after they were routed from bed by shots and teargas, next door neighbor looking at hole in window where teargas was fired in."
