Photograph caption dated December 12, 1964 reads "The spirit of Christmas is working overtime at the North Hollywood Woman's Club, 5629 Vineland Ave., as members are trying to make the holidays brighter for young shut-ins at Olive View Hospital, Sylmar. Clown dolls are the project along with homemade cookies. Hard at work in the project are Mrs. C. V. Clawson, left, first vice president, and Mrs. Robert Simgen, welfare chairman. The presentation will be made Dec. 21."
