Image of base of cross erected at first site, with the following engraving: Santa Clara Mission Site No. 1, established Jauary 12, 1977. Probable location A: S 47'00 W about 1350 FT. Probable location B: S 10'15 W 3724 FT. Old Spanish Bridge N 35'30 E 182.9 FT. Lot for monument donated by Antone Furtado.
