Photograph of a view of Barrington Avenue looking north from a point south of Wilshire Boulevard in Brentwood, 1930-1939. Barrington is at right and is a narrow dirt road lined with small bushes and tall grass. A run-down split-rail fence can be seen along the side of the road at center. At right, a small clapboard house is visible, and several billboards can be seen in the distance at center. Many utility poles are visible, including a line that parallels Barrington at left. An automobile can be seen in the distance at center, and a mountain range is visible in the background.
