Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated September 7, 1964 reads "Scoutmasters George Taggart, left, and James Harmon, discuss eviction notice given to them by the city." The article partially reads "Troop 550 is being evicted from quarters at 18600 Devonshire St., even before it had a chance to really move in." A neighbor's complaint prompted the eviction notice at a horse farm in Northridge.
