Gloria Miklowitz discusses her book, “The Enemy Has a Face.” She begins by talking about the conflict between the Israeli and Palestinian people in the Middle East. She discusses her characters in the book and how a young girl goes on a journey to search for her missing brother. Miklowitz tells about hate violence between the two religious groups and the random murders that occur between them. She ends the interview by talking about how she did the majority of her research on the Internet and wanted to find out just how well connected teenagers are to gangs in the Middle East.
