Photograph article dated September 26, 1961 partially reads, "Top leadership posts in the Northern Region's six communities are now filled for the Community Chest campaign, it was announced by Earle D. Kuske, region chairman. Pacoima's 'united way' appeal will again be headed by Mrs. Pauline Jenkins of Jenkins Television, 13675 Van Nuys Blvd., Pacoima. Mrs. Jenkins has been active in Chest appeals for the past six years."
