Description
Photograph of a flower-covered float in the La Fiesta de Los Angeles parade, ca.1915. The large float can be seen at center and is angled slightly toward the foreground at right. Long flower stalks spew out from a rectangular structure on the float in the foreground, while two large discs can be seen on the back of the float at left. Butterflies are taking off from the front of the float. Two uniformed men can be seen near a bicycle at right, while a sign advertising Hart Schaffer and Marx clothes can be seen on a building in the background.
