Description
Two coast guard cutters waited alongside the gambling barge, Rose Isle, off Long Beach, as officers investigated a murder scene. Officers held James O'Keefe, a "bouncer" on the vessel and Virgil Roach, a busboy, in the murder of Charles M. Boozeman, dealer, on the gambling barge. Photo dated: July 20, 1932.
