Title supplied by cataloger.
Originally occupied by Nutone Fabricators, Inc., the Coffman warehouse was purchased by Pacific Mutual Life Insurance in May 1955 for $175,000. Later that year, J.H. Coffman & Son took over the building after an addition was built. Excel Logistics purchased the warehouse in 1992, and as of June 2010, the building is occupied by Superior Studio Specialties.
