Description
Lithe Evelyn Conrad is seeded third in the 'Open' women's singles of the 38th annual Los Angeles Metropolitan Tennis Championships, which will end with top-flight play slated this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, January 28-29) on the Griffith Playground courts. Miss Conrad will face top-seeded Darlene Hard in a semi-final singles match tomorrow at 11 a.m. and will join with UCLA star Ed Kauder to play a mixed doubles semi-final tilt against June and Francis Gay at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Photograph date stamped February 11, 1956.
