Runner-up, left, is Angel La Rose, 17, Sepulveda, who was named Miss Saugus Stadium. The contest was held prior to stock car races at Saugus Stadium, with Bob Pollard, 6869 Winnetka Ave., Canoga Park, right, head starter."
