Description
A view of a large boxed palm tree on skids surrounded by workmen, including two boys who appear to be twins and an African American worker. On the right is a small building that is the branch office of the Los Angeles Land Bureau with an advertisement for Wolfskill Lots. Behind the palm tree on the left is an establishment advertising "Cool Lager Beer." The Southern Pacific Arcade Depot building is visible at left in the background.
