Description
A bust-length studio portrait of an unidentified Union officer (probably a Captain?) turned very slightly to the right. The officer has a full but neat mustache and beard which extends past his collar to the first button of his coat, and a very high forehead. "T. Lilienrhal, ; 102 Poydras St. New Orleans" is printed on the verso, with an illustrated view of Lilienthal's photography shop.
