Disclosure the flag was not a true replica of the King Carlos III Spanish regime carried by Felipe de Neve when he founded the pueblo of Los Angeles in 1781 was made by Arthur Morris, veteran minute clerk of the council. Morris, who resides at 4525 Agnes ave., North Hollywood, is regarded as the city's outstanding student of history."
