Photograph caption dated January 22, 1963 reads, "Roscoe Womer, new president of the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, holds gavel after being congratulated at installation banquet by Don Arries, left, outgoing president, and Frank Wilcox, installing officer. Arries was also honored at the banquet as Granada Hills’ man of the year. Other 1963 chamber officers installed included John Bedrosian, vice president; John Ferguson, treasurer, and John Robinson, secretary."
