Description
Photograph of a view of the Live Oak in Griffith Park, May 13, 1941. A large oak can be seen at center, with a man sitting on a bench that surrounds the base of the tree. The man is watching people seated nearby at right. A fence can be seen running across the background beyond a field and in front of hills. The Live Oak was apparently located near the ostrich farm. A caption at bottom reads: "33. Live Oak, Griffith Park, 3000 acres".
