Photograph caption dated July 17, 1956 reads, "Birds of a feather flock together but in Griffith Park aviary flying creatures from all over world live together in apparent harmony. Noise from cage, however, is anything but harmonious as screeching and yelling of birds can be heard for hundreds of yards away. White bird at left is a pelican, state bird of Louisiana and common along California coast."; See images #00116026 through #00116032 for all photos in this series.
