Schnermann, left, and Mrs. Tracy M. Dobson, North Hollywood. Osborne, who retired Friday after 30 years of service, joined the Post Office Department as a clerk in 1923. He was given a certificate signed by the regional director citing his 'honorable and outstanding service.' Hall retired Friday after 31 years of service.
