Photograph caption dated March 10, 1962 reads, "Valley Area, League of Women Voters, has supplied 100,000 copies of a printed circular on voting information for distribution through PTA channels. Special emphasis is given in circulars to recent changes in voters' registration laws, according to Mrs. S. M. Crystal, left, legislation chairman for 31st District PTA. Representing the league in the combined project are Mrs. David Baskerville, voters' service chairman, and Mrs. Morris Weber, resource chairman, right."
