Engineering drawing of the south pedestal for the 100-inch Hooker reflecting telescope, including worm wheel, & driving clock. compare with HEH#00048. The title box in the lower right-hand corner reads as follows: "100 in. Reflecting telescope, Sectional assembly, south end of telescope, Mount Wilson Solar Observatory, Pasadena, California." At the bottom it reads: Job. no. 11 - A-D-E ; dated March 19, [19]17, Sheet no. 3011". The spaces for "Checked by, approved by, drawn by and traced by" are blank.
