Baum addresses crowd Sunday at dedication ceremonies for new Tarzana Park, 5665 Vanalden Ave. The 6 1/2-acre facility was build specifically for the enjoyment of children and Baum officially turned over the park to the children of the community. West Valley councilman Thomas D. Shepard and other community leaders also were on hand. The dedication ceremony was combined with a Christmas party."
