Photograph of an exterior view of the J.J. Hill residence on Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, ca.1910. The two-story, craftsman-style home with wrap-around porch is at center, and is partly obscured by the branches of a large deciduous tree to the left of the residence. A wrap around driveway in the front encloses a small circular garden with palms, shrubs and flowers.
