Worked for the State Treasurer's Office. Was amateur historian, collected old photographs and images of Sacramento. "12th & Kay st. Looking West. 4th store of Weinstock Lubin & Co, left erected in 1924.First store founded in 1874 at the corner of 4th & Kay street."
