Photograph caption dated February 12, 1957 reads, "Stanley Uno, right, of Metro Division of Los Angeles Police Department, places decal showing that fee has been paid on bicycle of Bob McGuian, 11, student at Lankershim School. Also watching procedure are Charles Monague, left, Lankershim vice principal, and Ronald Breiter of Metro Division. Metro team will visit Valley schools throughout week to provide youthful bike riders with licenses."
