Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption dated September 30, 1961 reads, "Valley stallion is the darling of horse-lovers. 'Diaseyn' poses with awards and Lee Hilts." Diaseyn, a 13-year-old Arabian stallion, has won 20 first-place trophies and 47 show ribbons in the competetive horse show events in which he has been entered, ever since he was bought by Mrs. Virginia Hilts less than a year ago. Her son, Brian Fitzpatrick, 22, said anything the horse has won he has done on his own intelligence. "We've never spent any time in the yard training him. We just took him to the shows, entered him and then picked up his trophies." He is currently pastured on 21219 Community Street in Canoga Park, with other horses. His name is in Arabic, a requirement among owners of Arabian stallions.
