Description
Lease for 5.25 acres of the Dominguez Estate Company, in the Highland Tracts. Lease term is November 1, 1937 through October 31, 1938 with a yearly rent of $131.25. Additional text relating to sub-leasing and requiring proof of citizenship as an instrument of the lease are added to the end of the agreement text. The proof of citizenship is in relation to the Alien Land Act of California.
