Description
Newspaper racks were used to display ephemeral war maps in the War Information Center. Library staff also provided patrons with government pamphlets and vertical files with war related articles from newspapers and magazines. The American Library Association complimented San Diego Public Library's War Information Center for doing "much with little" in serving San Diego patrons. Title supplied by cataloger.
