Description
The description on the back of this painted postcard reads, "State Capitol Park, opposite the Hotel Senator in Sacramento, is famous throughout the world as a botanical garden. Its 40 acres include varieties of tree, flower and plant life from all parts of the world." A group of three figures standing by the automobile appear to be a chauffeur holding a door open for a man and a woman. There is the figure of a woman seated with a golf bag and clubs leaning against a table close by.
