The woman on the right is in profile. She wears a long, gray dress with a high waist and two rows of narrow black trim at the hem. Over the dress she wears a yellow pelisse coat with long sleeves and a high collar. The pelisse reaches below the knees and is worn open. She wears a matching yellow bonnet with an extended, visor-like crown. The bonnet ties under her chin with a yellow ribbon. She wears white stockings and flat, black shoes.
