Along the left side of the street, several automobiles can be seen parked along the curb. Two automobiles are also visible along the right curb near two men. A line of utility poles can be seen along the street at right. In the background at right, a partially collapsed building is visible. In the foreground at right, six tents can be seen along the side of the street. Previous record states: "Tents served as temporary housing". Additional buildings can be seen in the background.
