At the time of the raid, this home at 1514 Schuyler Road was being rented out by its owner, actress Ann Dvorak; she was neither aware of nor involved with the "activities" which took place at her property.
Among the 6 women and 5 men who were busted during a vice raid at this Hollywood Hills home were, left to right, Barrie Benson, 29, and Sheila McDonald; Benson was labeled the 'madame' of the home. Photograph dated April 7, 1951.
