Description
Painter Hotel Washington Street north side between Fair Oaks and Raymond. Built by J. H. Painter on land that he owned.Opened Feb. 1888. Later 1902 renamed La Pintoresca Hotel. Destroyed by fire Dec. 41, 1912. City of Pasadena purchased the property and turned it into a park which it is today.
