Description
A list of writings that contain a note written to Charles and signed by Ken. The note says that he will try to track down Mr. Juran and that a page from the 1978 December issue of Quality Progress contains a reference that may help his book. The note is in original handwriting. Charles probably refers to Charles Protzman and Ken probably refers to Kenneth Hopper.
