Description: Two views on fashion will come together on June 14, 1962, when costume designer Edith Head (seated) addresses the Southern California Chapter of the National Home Fashions League. With Miss Head is Polly Perkins, who will start her second term as chapter president at the meeting, which will be held at the Tail O' the Cock Restaurant.
